2C tomato cubes

1 c cubed red onion

1/2 C diced green onion

1/4 c chopped jalapeno, optional

° Kosher salt to taste

2°C heavy whipping cream

1/2 stick of butter

3°C taco cheese or shredded Mexican cheese
